Week Two

Week two was very enoyable for me. We learned a little about the Kuleshov effect and how he shot random footage and then edited it  together to make sense. We were then instructed to go out and do the same. My group had a blast doing this. When I had the camera, I found myself getting drawn to filming random signage and even random moments. We staged a little bit of the footage but ultimately most of it was indeed random. All of our footage was random, crazy, and mad so I figured I would try to incorporate that them into my editing. I thought the song Mad World would work perfectly. Being a creative person, it was slighlty difficult to actually shoot random stuff. I had to try and turn my imagination off and just try and shoot stuff that was visually appealing. This helped some and allowed me to get some great footage
